OUR STORY
Lake Helen Bible Camp was conceived in the late 1940's after God directed Fred Eichel and his family to purchase 240 acres north of Wausaukee, Wisconsin and develop a campsite to be used by Christians and non-believers to get to know God and worship Him.
From it's humble beginning of just one tent in 1948, Lake Helen Bible Camp has grown to a Spring - Fall facility capable of housing over 100 guests and includes a chapel, dining hall with kitchen, RV hook-ups, lodge cabins, snack shops and a gift shop. All surrounded by the beauty of God's creation.
The campgrounds feature a private, natural spring lake stocked with fish, hiking trails through scenic woods, campfire areas and countless activities for all ages.
Whether for a retreat, conference, picnic banquet, weddings, or a week of camp, Lake Helen welcomes you to take a look at the range of services we offer!
